The Town Council employs contractors to maintain the town, commons, grounds and open spaces to the high standard we enjoy. Some works are on a “as and needed basis” (i.e. bench/post/equipment repair, hedge trimming, etc,) and others for a set contract period (i.e. Ground maintenance, etc.).
We are constantly looking for good reliable people/companies who can remove fallen trees, cut grass, trim hedges, repair equipment (play equipment, benches, posts, etc.), ground maintenance, pond maintenance, woodland management consultancy, tree surgeon, graffiti removal, electrician (street lighting), leaflet/newsletter/event poster printing an other services.

Large contract services, where appropriate, will be put out to tender.
To work as a contractor for Gerrards Cross Town Council, you must have:
- Current valid insurance
- Licence and qualifications, where applicable
- Current references
- Own equipment and tools, where applicable
- Own transportation, where applicable
- Friendly “Can Do” attitude
