Committees

Planning Committee

Planning looks at all planning applications, consulting with those people affected by the proposal and making recommendations to the planning authority, Bucks Council.

Highways Committee

Highways looks after local highways, including street lighting, and advises Bucks Council on main roads, car parking and speeding issues.

Commons Committee

The Commons Committee manages the Commons and Camp with an annual Woodland Management Plan and an ongoing programme of grass cutting, playground equipment maintenance, bench/picnic table repairs.

Finance and General Purposes Committee

The Finance and General Purposes Committee sets the budget for the next financial year and monitors expenditure against this budget.

Communities Committee

The Communities Committee organises activities and events to create a buzz around Gerrards Cross which will:

• Increase the number of visitors into the Town Centre for the benefit of local business and our community.
• Increase our pride in being a part of the Gerrards Cross community.
