We would like to welcome you to our Annual Parish Meeting that will be held on Wednesday 30th March 2011, at 7.30 pm in the Colston Hall at the Memorial Centre, East Common.

As a Gerrards Cross resident, this is your opportunity to ask questions and make comments directly to members of your Parish Council. You will also be able to hear what the Parish Council has been doing on your behalf over the last year.
 

If you do have a specific question, it will help if you can submit this to the Parish Office ahead of the meeting. We can then ensure that the relevant information is to hand to answer your question fully.

You can see the Parish Council reports ahead of the meeting, either by arriving at 7.00pm on the evening, or by downloading reports below as they become available.

At the end of the meeting, there will be “clinic” tables where you can meet members of the Commons, Highways, Planning and Youth Committees, as well as our local Police team. This is a good opportunity to chat with your Parish Councillors over a glass of wine.
